At Abayah Label, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
UK Delivery

- Tracked 24: £6.99 - Estimated delivery: up to 1 business dayExcluded from all promotional offers
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
We are not currently offering international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery services in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges
At Abayah Label, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return for your exchange to be processed.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or an incorrect item has been sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
