Change-of-mind returns

You can cancel your online order without giving a reason.

You must tell us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive your order. For an order delivered in separate parcels, this period starts after you receive the last item.

You can also cancel before delivery.

To cancel, email abayahlabel@outlook.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your name and order number to help us identify your order.

You can use the cancellation form below, but this is optional. You do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation right.

After notifying us, send the items back within a further 14 calendar days.

Condition of returned items

You can inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop.

Please take care when trying items on. Avoid contact with makeup, perfume, and other substances that could mark or damage the fabric.

Please keep tags attached. Use the original packaging where possible. Missing tags or packaging do not automatically remove your cancellation rights.

For sets, please return all included pieces, such as the matching hijab or inner slip.

We may reduce your refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. This can include wearing, washing, staining, or damaging the item beyond a normal fitting.

Return postage and address

You are responsible for return postage when you change your mind or request a voluntary exchange.

We recommend using a tracked service. Please keep proof of postage.

Different postage arrangements apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items. Please see the section below.

Refunds for cancelled orders

We will issue your refund without undue delay.

The deadline is 14 calendar days after the earlier of:

The day we receive your returned items.
The day you provide evidence that you sent them back.
We will use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund or restocking fee.

If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you selected express delivery, we will refund only the equivalent standard delivery charge.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

For a voluntary exchange:

The item must be unworn and unwashed.
The item must be in its original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
Please include the original packaging where possible.

Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive your return for us to process the exchange.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you can still use your cancellation rights within the applicable period. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a statutory refund.

Sale and promotional items

Sale and promotional items have the same statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights as full-price items.

We do not offer voluntary exchanges on sale or promotional items. This does not restrict your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items

Please email abayahlabel@outlook.com if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect, or does not match its description.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue, where available.

You normally have 30 days after delivery to reject faulty goods for a refund. Your statutory rights continue after this period. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

You do not lose your rights because you did not report a fault within 48 hours.

We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items. Contact us so we can arrange the return.

Where you are entitled to a refund for rejected goods, we will issue it without undue delay. We will do so within 14 calendar days of agreeing that you are entitled to it.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
